Maybe Internal Politics but not always

there are no good things working there except that you can choose technologies or frameworks by yourself which you wants to work.

Poor management, during my tenure there i saw almost 30 employees that get fired . Company does not follow any policies and fire people immediately and do not pay their notice period.
