Some of the employees were ok. The salary was good.

Minpunten

The business had poor communication and a lack of structure. New employees start and get thrown in the deep end as the Manager is too busy to train them. The Manager was always delegating tasks and had issues when things fell by the wayside. No idea what they did each day as they just got others to do their work. The Manager also wasn't a people person and struggled to communicate with their team. Seemed two-faced, as what they said to one employee sometimes differed from that said to another. They were petty and spoke about others behind their back. There was no room to grow or move as the business didn't seem to be expanding or growing either.
