Pluspunten
Tips were decent, busy and plenty of hours, definitely like most fast food gigs other than tips. Easy hire on, crap pay otherwise for amount of effort but consistent ..expectations go up as more experience is gained and management possibilities are possible. They also have scholarship programs. It's a plus side they hire almost anyone or are willing to give them a shot.
Minpunten
Pay didn't match effort. The longer you stayed and more experience you gained, the more was expected of you but with pay raises that were underwhelming. If you move up in management you tend to make less than car hops but have to handle a lot more stress. It didn't balance out for me unless I wanted to move up the chain in the industry but I wasn't trying to get my own store. Fast paced environment which could get stressful. Shorthanded a lot.
