The people that work for Sony are incredible. Friends that I will keep for life. Hope Sony can survive in the consumer electronics industry.

Minpunten

Reorg's yearly with new managers and VP's at every change. Big layoffs linger over your head every 2 years. Smaller ones throughout the time in between.

Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
