      Pluspunten

      Having worked in a few different offices and environments I know how lucky I am to work with the smart, caring team of people a Sosh. They are driven to build a great business and make an impact in the world and not at the expense of their people. They are generous and invest their employees with great benefits and a great office culture. It's hard to find a start-up with such promise that has such a balanced approach to building its team.

      Minpunten

      The company seems to run on an engineer's schedule, which means starting late and working late. They've been accommodating and understanding for people who prefer an earlier schedule, but it takes some getting used to.

      Pluspunten

      - The people here really are passionate about the product and very bright thinkers. I'm constantly challenged in a good way here. - Perks are awesome. You can find out about those on the jobs page. - I've learned more in a short period of time here than at other jobs (even other startups) in much longer. Knowledge is on a come-and-get-it basis here. - Management genuinely wants you to wildly succeed. They hire people for a reason here, so they believe in them and their potential. - There are many great dogs.

      Minpunten

      - Hours can be long. No one cares how late you stay or what your schedule is (it's very much a "just get your shiza done" mindset), but sometimes it's unavoidable.
