      The work itself is interesting. I used to love my co-workers but most of them have been laid off or have quit.

      Minpunten

      The CEO doesn't know what she is doing. The managers and supervisors are lazy and useless. Staff checks bounce all the time. The building leaks when it rains. Asbestos and black mold all over the building. No breaks, scheduling is not flexible, no life outside of work and benefits are the worst I have ever had.

      Work with early-phase clinical trials and novel therapies. Really cool work. Family owned business my coworkers feel like a family. Major career advancement opportunities because its a small company. Opportunities to gain unique experience not common at other local employers. Compensation has always been fair and above average. Amazing $4 lunch made by on site chef

      Minpunten

      Research is fast paced and demanding- some love it some hate it. Highly regulated industry, strict compliance standards, little room for error Need to advocate for yourself- not the big systems in place like large companies.
