Pluspunten

Above average partnership between management and staff. Everyone is free to express opinions on many high level decisions. The company is employee owned and if you worked there, make sure to buy stocks when offered. The dividends alone pay the cost that you incur. Very good work environment and teamwork.

Minpunten

The salaries are about average but the stability makes up for it. Growth potential is limited.
