      extremely talented team in posting fake reviews here. i can challenge; all the positive reviews here are posted by them. ask any of their former employees (or even the present ones).

      Minpunten

      no work ethics. founders play the good-cop-bad-cop game very cunningly. makes high promises while hiring. once you are in, they even starts poking their nose on how you look, what you eat, what you wear, or how you p*e. and yeah, now since you didn't laugh the way they wanted, you qualify only for 10-15% annual hike or nothing. never ever look at this company if you want to learn or achieve something in your life. Have seen people suffering during that short tenure; they expect you to know everything but then pays you in nuts. don't fall prey to their fake smiles; they can squeeze the happiness out of your life. they are only good in posting fake reviews here and there.

      Good Pay, and initially, everyone was friendly.

      So many lies I don't know where to start. I left a good stable job for this company and was let go without any warning. I was told there would be a performance review at the end of the month, and I was let go in two weeks while working on projects for them. This caught me so by surprise that I was speechless. I see their social media feeds on LinkedIn, and, knowing the truth about how political the behind-the-scenes environment actually is, it's infuriating.

      Hi There, I am sorry to read that you felt this way. Letting a person go, especially when he is actively "working" on a project is a decision that has far reaching financial and professional impact for us as an organisation. So, such decisions cannot be taken due to "political" motivations. You know ours is a relatively flat organisation and the implication of politics is utterly baseless and untrue. The reason you were let go was because things were just not working out. I don't want to elaborate too much here on a public forum - if you want to talk more, please reach out to me. I'd also like to add that our arrangement with you was a company - contractor arrangement and not permanent employment.
