I had the finest consulting exposure here in Spectra. Got chance to work on transformational assignments and some of them had core technology use to get business organised. Loved my work. Would recommend to others. Good work life balance.

Demanding client requirements; sometimes their point of view is not right. However, in consulting, we have to align with the expectations. I didnt like this part.

I have been part of this company for the last 7 years and have had some of the best experiences of my lifetime. To begin with, the company provides you a free hand in working and never for once have I felt like an employee. Ample opportunities are provided to enhance your skills at work. During my tenure with this company I have been fortunate enough to interact with some of the clients top professionals and promoters at regular intervals and the experience of working with them is irreplaceable. All in all it has been an amazing experience and thanks to the management for support and trust they have put in me.

Since I have had a wonderful experience I cant think of any at the moment.
