It is a pay check.
Minpunten
No offices for any employees. Only the tiniest cubicles made 6' x 7'. Feels like prison. No privacy. Employees leave office to take business calls.
Company only pays $250 for single or $400 for family medical/dental coverage. My net cost was less on COBRA. No life insurance, no vision, no LTD, no FSA, no 401(k).
Everything is bottom shelf. Company is embarassingly cheap.
No subject matter experts.
