      Pluspunten

      Very interesting product that attracts some of the biggest brands. Fully remote which means you can work from anywhere as long as you attend the scheduled meetings. People a amazing

      Minpunten

      It's a nine year old startup and the road still feels bumpy. We still haven't figured out how to pay people on time. Many of our remote colleagues complain all the time. Communication is really bad.

      Pluspunten

      Spectrm isn't your typical tech company focused on growth at all costs at the expense of creating an environment you actually want to work in. Founders are surprisingly mature and considerate for their age. They know how to treat people and know how to get work/life balance right. Very international team full of smart but humble people. Lots of fun to work with. If you like having autonomy and space to grow, this is a great place to be.

      Good product with lots of potential. The team is committed to the company and customers.

      Minpunten

      Struggled paying people on time and the basic admin. Payroll was frequently delayed without any communication or update. Unable to manage appropriate tax forms.

      Dear former Spectromie, we are sorry that this was your experience at Spectrm. We do our best to provide a work environment that allows everyone to be productive and creative. Paying employees in time is part of that and delayed payments are not acceptable! We assume that you were one of the two employees hired in the US where there were, in fact, challenges with the tax forms and some payroll admin due to certain local regulations.
