Free cable, good health insurance, 401K match. Good pay at mgmt. level.

Minpunten

Poor pay at non-mgmt. level. Too many hours. Accountability is used as a threat. No autonomy. Very heavy at mgmt. level. Too many chiefs barking orders. Regional and corporate staff are not prolific leaders, and have limited vision. They have lost all sense of reality in the field of sales and wouldn't be able to survive in the environment there are in charge of.

This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
