1. The founder of this company is con man No.1 You probably might have heard from the movie KGF that if there was one man who could bring KGF down, it was Rocky Bhai himself. Well, this applies the same to the founder; only he can bring the company down, which he has already done. But don't get me wrong. He is not Rocky Bhai; instead, he is Faltu Bhai, who just knows how to blame others for his lack of vision and organisational skills. To be honest, he is an engineer above par. He could be a good employee. But just like as shown in the movie lord of the Rings, dark matter consumes those who wear one ring and destroys them and others. Well that one ring for him is his arrogance and it doesn't leave him no matter what. Having said this If you still would like to join Splenta Systems just because you are desperate to get a job. Rest assured you are gonna suffer. I pity you sincerely.
