Pluspunten

Great people, great products, great customers & great leadership. Splunk is in a hyper-growth phase right now. There are some growing pains but overall it's the best job I have ever had. Look forward to coming to work every day.

Minpunten

-20 minute walk from BART -pricey parking ($12/ day on non-ballgame days or $200/month - but you can pay pre-tax)

Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

Minpunten

Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
