Very flexible hours, lots of opportunities to move up the company, get trained on different skills like tills, cashing up, shoes, security etc

Minpunten

There aren't many things i can think of but no work place is perfect although this is close. one slight con could be the returns policy as it can sometimes be difficult to enforce with some customers as many want a full refund. although this has always been the companies policy and has helped the company stay being a very profitable.

At the end of the day, I got paid, and I had the opportunity of learning from a variety of tasks and have nice colleagues.

Minpunten

Poor management. Being told informal comments criticizing the amount of water I drank. Lack of feedback or recognition. They required me to ask for permission to go to the bathroom, arguing that perhaps I would not be able to go because the shop was busy.
