Got full ownership of key components like WebSocket servers, orchestration services, and media streaming integrations. Good flexibility in choosing tools and approaches — the company encourages creative problem-solving. Supportive team culture, especially within the engineering team — technical mentorship was strong. Opportunities to contribute to full product lifecycle: from PoCs to production deployments. Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, EC2) and scaling algorithms.

Minpunten

Not able to provide efficient training for junior engineers. (Could be because of remote working), apart from this I didnot witness any cons.
