      • Some coworkers were kind and tried to help when possible • Opportunity to learn medical procedures if you’re paired with the right preceptor • Fast-paced environment can be good for quick learners • Certain doctors provided direct and helpful feedback • If you’re passive and don’t ask questions, you’ll probably survive just fine

      Minpunten

      • Toxic “mean girl” culture among some trainers and staff • Gossip and favoritism override professionalism • Management allows “he said, she said” reports to dictate performance reviews • Trainees are set up to fail with inconsistent training and lack of structure • No clear HR support system or fair mediation process • Bathroom breaks are questioned and weaponized — even during legitimate medical needs • Constructive feedback is discouraged; direct personalities are misinterpreted as disrespectful • Poor communication, lack of team accountability, and passive-aggressive trainers • Threats of termination used as manipulation instead of coaching or support • Not trauma-informed or mentally safe for those who value respect, clarity, and growth
