Minpunten
If you’re considering working at Spring Health, do yourself a favor and believe the negative reviews. This place is the definition of a toxic workplace wrapped in a pretty little bow of LinkedIn accolades and "Best Workplace" awards that no real employee actually celebrates (just check the lack of likes or reposts—crickets). Spring Health has completely lost sight of its mission. The focus is no longer on mental health or employee wellbeing—it's all about profit, optics, and keeping shareholders happy. Ironically, for a mental health company, the way they treat their own people is absolutely disgusting. Clinicians are overworked, burned out, and treated like replaceable cogs in a machine. Many of us are on medical leave from the toll this job has taken on our mental and physical health. Speak up? You’ll get gaslit, slapped with a PIP, and made to feel like you’re the problem. They love micromanagement here—it’s not just tolerated, it’s praised and encouraged. High achievers? If you're not a yes-person, there are no promotions waiting for you—only passive-aggressive punishment and being slowly pushed out. If you’re interviewing, ask this one question: What is the turnover rate in this department? And then watch them squirm. Working here feels like being in a cult that preaches self-care while grinding you into the dirt. Save yourself the trauma and walk away before Spring Health does what it does best—break you down and blame you for it.
