Nature continue to lead the world on impact and that is because of the great Nature team. Whilst this is a change for some colleagues, we hope that we can embrace this together. We made this decision for long term cuture, collaboration and career development. You may recall that we now offer 20 days per year workation days which allows for great flexibility to work and spend time with family and friends abroad. This has proved very popular. In reference to your comment about our CPO, it's simply not correct. He has published over 20 journal articles, books, conference papers and patents. Please also note that we steer our salaries in line with the labour market and constantly reivew these based on industry benchmarks.
