We have many channels in place to ensure that colleagues can share their feedback with us. Therefore, I am surprised to hear that you felt micro-managing was an issue. The HR team are given the autonomy to manage their own workloads and micromanaging has not been raised on any occasion by current HR employees or any leavers.
