- work from home is the only pro's I'd say - paid lunch

Minpunten

- Typical call center environment job - when you join in they will say you have 10 mins after each call but as the time passes by they'll reduce it to 5, which is unfair - they expect you to take calls and reply to the client's emails at same time - no pay for overtime if you are stuck on a call even for 1 hour after your shift

I appreciate you sharing your feedback. To be clear, there is no expectation of replying to emails while speaking with a client. The call wrap-up time is more meant to help new employees as they settle in to the job; someone using the tools we provide should be finished once the call ends. If an agent does need more time, they can reach out to their team lead. Additionally, employees are paid an extra hour past the end of their shift time to compensate for staying late to finish calls. Square One only wants mindless call center robots. You're better off working for a cell phone company because their management structure will be at least competent and you will most likely receive a more competitive salary. Team leads are failed agents who struggle to speak with customers on the phone. They will micromanage ever agents phone activity down to the minute. If you take a 16 minute break instead of 15 minutes, you will hear about it. If you want a career in insurance, work for a company that values sales, pays commission, and allows you to grow your own book of business. Square One wants you to be a mindless drone who falls in line and doesn't speak up for themselves. Because of this, the company has gone in the toilet the past year in terms of customer service and quality control. Their insurance product is among the worst in the country, and hiring under qualified agents has led to customers leaving in droves. Their auto insurance provider Zurich was rejected by every reputable broker prior to them teaming with Square One. Customers waiting on the phone for an hour to speak to someone who doesn't know what a deductible means is a common occurrence.
