The company hires very smart people who actually take time to explain things to you if you want to learn - something I highly admire.

In true startup fashion, there are growing pains and sometimes issues working together as a team globally. We oftentimes take on more than we can chew for projects because we don't have the staff to support it - but we somehow manage to always get it done.
