I started my journey with this company at a very junior level with the intention to learn, grow, and build a long term career. Looking back, I can confidently say that it was the right decision. One of the positive aspects of working here was the support I received from senior team members. They guided me during difficult phases and helped me improve my skills. With hard work and consistency, I was eventually able to overcome those challenges and became a key member of the development team.
