      Awesome team of artists with great spirit and dedication, relax work environment and good balance of personal/family life and work.

      Minpunten

      Immense ambitions but poor means to reach those ambitions, most commonly no real exciting projects although 1-2 exceptions, close to no real pipeline and workflow, no project management / tracking tools well in place, lack of real listening from bosses.

      Remote work is a breeze, people are generally really nice.

      Minpunten

      They don't seem to ever have something lined up, so the contracts are given for weeks at a time, which can get pretty stressful. They drill you about their salaries being industry standard (whatever that means), but don't get fooled, it's the lowest offer you'll get anywhere.

      Not a lot of steady work. Often had down time and led to my team and I getting let go,
