Pluspunten

Beautiful setting. The majority of fellow staff members were very nice and helpful. The pay was average, nice benefits and the resident dogs were a nice touch.

Minpunten

Frequent turnover of staff. Difficult upper management; stressful. Work was often completed at home without compensation due to time constraints. Negative comments were made in reference to the person whom I was replacing.

Building an organization that strives for excellence in all areas is a formidable task. The greatest challenge is assembling the team that shares these values and has true compassion for those suffering from addiction. It has taken time, and we have made mistakes along the way. However, we now have a strong team that is doing great work.

Je werkt direct met mensen die worstelen om een verslaving te overwinnen. Je speelt daadwerkelijk een rol in het herstelproces.

Minpunten

Sommige mensen herstellen niet. Je hebt te maken met veel verschillende, vaak zeer sterke persoonlijkheden.
