      The only pro is that you get salary on time.

      1. The CEO does not know how to communicate, all she does is put on make up to be in front of the camera and click pretty pictures and record videos in her fake accent. She does not support the team in the day to day and is usually dominated by the CTO who has no idea what product management is. 2. The codebase is a mess and why shouldn't it be when there is no guidance and the CTO just flashes his IIT badge but has no software development skills whatsoever, he doesn't even know how to use GitHub properly. 3. If you are a fresher you can join this company to get 1 year of experience and then just switch. 4. They are money minded, giving random financial advice, running everything like a college frat party.

      Absolutely nothing, or maybe the tech is good.

      Every thing, - Hire and Fire is prevalent. - They wont care about your obligations and throw you out without any notice, even over phone. - Running a wealth management setup like a real estate business. - No one gets ESOP they will fire u before the vesting - CEO is the worst person I have every come across. - COO is a good human being but in relationship with CEO so that makes him a poor decision maker as well. - They will do salary deductions for no justifiable reason. - They will never do your final settlement. Final Advise The CEO is not the right kind or person you would wat to work with, think 100 times before joining. Byjus telecallers are doing wealth management hope u all understand the seriousness of the business. Founders are drawing huge salary from investors money and then the investors pressure is passed on the team. For readers a TIP - Just check the date of posting of the positive reviews and the language. All manipulated.

      You learn a lot here, the employees and colleagues are really nice. The company is growing massively and its nice to witness the growth of the company and also discover whatever I am capable of doing.

      being a startup it can be a lil fast paced which is not that bad
