Since the dream of the CEO is to go out into a public IPO, all management was more focused on lowering employee budget sometimes too strict it was impossible to obtain all the tools you needed to make your job. It felt ridiculous that the company prefers to make potlucks instead of providing at least some cheap catering for a Christmas party but on the other hand each reunion of the CEO with the other directors always had catering from Papasitos. Also was a little unfair that stock was only available for employees that were there on the first year everybody else just forgets about even when you do a great job and there are enough people that already left the company you won't get anything, it was really not encouraging at all
