The longest part is the assignments, but the interview isn’t difficult, and they give you all the details upfront instead of making you wait to find out the benefits.

Until they pair you with a client, you spend most of your time doing training courses. They’re paid, yes, but the content is basically YouTube material that we, the trainees, end up creating for future candidates. So essentially, we’re studying from YouTube while also producing the training materials ourselves — which also raises a lot of copyright concerns.
