Poor middle management layer who hold people back and make crap decisions resulting in poor business performance and no accountability. Awful culture to the point good people just get fed up and leave. No real recognition for the unsung heroes behind the scenes. Budget cuts across the Bank from travel to resources is frustrating given senior management behaviour. Complex operating structure where key people are located on the other side of the world. Pay and bonuses are well below market average.
