Instead of hiring new joiners every month who will then last only a couple of months, why can't your damn management appreciate those who are there already? No compassion at all! Especially the Indian lady trainer over there seriously! You guys rather have employees that goes MIA than someone that's actually willing to do their best while dealing with some circumstances.
