      3 Days on 4 days off, you are only working for a few hours each morning, then you are off the rest of the time, just chilling on your phone or what not.

      Getting up at 3 am to get to work, not a clean job, can be dysfunctional sometimes, but nothing that isn't manageable

      family based environment. If you need time off all you need to do is ask. They don't treat you like a dog like most places I've worked. If you want to put in the extra effort you can make a carrier out of what once was a job.

      Cut backs in the coal industry. For this you need to show your worth or they will have to make adjustments.
