Poor project management, too corporate, too much money spent on marketing and management and not enough support going back to the engineers actually doing the work, lower than average salaries, questionable ethics at times, management does little to keep talented young engineers, generally low moral and apathy. Sink or swim individualistic environment, a team environment is not fostered.
