One of the worst companies and leadership led the Farmington location to lay off almost 500 people after already furloughing and terminating almost a hundred before losing their client contract. Prior to the great layoff, training was always poor, expectations high, appreciation low, communication poor, HR against holding people accountable, and pay super low.
