Each agent is different, but mine gives me a flexible work schedule. Opportunity to make a bit more $ through sales. Good ethics and value that SF holds. Lots of learning opportunities.
Minpunten
Agent's offer no benefits and your salary is up to them; mine is average for the position. Sometimes feel like a personal assistant to the agent. More sales focused than what I was expecting. Difficult to move up in the company with so much internal competition; must relocate to advance.
