The CG product itself is pretty good and robust. Getting new Consumer Goods companies. Good momentum. RX business is waning.

Management Treat employees very, very poorly. Human resources dept reacts to management/owners directives.
Everybody and nobody is in charge. Employees are miserable. Management responds to the ever changing whims of the CEO. CEO is absentee but focuses on minutia such as travel plans. Employees are directed not to talk to each other and communication between departments is discouraged.

The location is good, near the mall. Some really nice coworkers.

No clear direction, rude management, no hybrid work, despite being in nearly empty building in desperate need of updating with a road that floods out frequently.
