Very profitable company, lots of money to be made Willingness to hire people that don't have the experience needed

Old school mentality. Crazy low amount of PTO, Low base salary but great bonus structure.

Co-workers are engaged and motivated to perform. Product offering is diverse; there’s always something to sell in any market. Fantastic job stability. Fundamental culture is alive and well. Poor management, no sense of structure on any level. Management expects perfection with flawed equipment and systems. Production is over safety and quality on every aspect.
