Good company culture, great pay, good company leadership, relatively good working conditions compared to others in the steel industry.

Minpunten

insurance is very selective, vacation/PTO is very low compared to other employers, no sick/personal days which makes for super a spreader site during flu season.

Co-workers are engaged and motivated to perform. Product offering is diverse; there’s always something to sell in any market. Fantastic job stability. Fundamental culture is alive and well. Poor management, no sense of structure on any level. Management expects perfection with flawed equipment and systems. Production is over safety and quality on every aspect.
