      Pluspunten

      Has benefits, although they aren’t as good as they used to be. Employee lease program can be beneficial if you use it wisely.

      Minpunten

      Where do I start….This is an hourly job, not flat rate, so there’s no incentive to fix vehicles at a reasonable rate. Which works for most of the repair techs…which is another issue. You ARENT required to have any type of state certification to work on the vehicles before they leave the facility. You don’t even have to take a test anymore, it’s based on seniority. That’s not a very smart way to run an automotive repair facility. Supervision also has no idea how to fix a car, and what it entails, blind leading the blind.

      Pluspunten

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

      Minpunten

      There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
