Working in a start-up has its fair share of "highs" and "lows." Overall, my impression of Stellic is positive; however, I see a few areas for potential improvement that could elevate the experience: 1) Some teams are stretched thinner than others. There is an opportunity to balance workloads with additional resources to prevent burnout. 2) I recommend Stellic implement employee wellness programs to enhance health and maintain consistently high morale.
