The founders have no technical knowledge or know how. CTO can’t code haha and he has technology in his blood, will google and use couple of jargon and keywords from there to get on top of you. Just Marwaris sitting on a gaddi doing business and you have butter them and support their claim they are like actors,etc. Oh you cant have non veg in the office because they are Jain and will impose their will on their naukar chakar. How dare you even think about it? I don’t know how they have passed IIM indore, although it’s understandable (donation,etc). As apart from gyan and jargons, educated people understand inclusion and are down to earth.

The only positive aspect of working here is that the monthly salary is credited on time. Beyond that, there are no benefits or professional satisfaction.

Zero Financial Growth & Exploitation: There are no salary increments or hikes for years. Employees are expected to work relentlessly without any financial motivation or appreciation. Toxic & Egoistic Leadership: The management is highly toxic and unprofessional. Senior leadership lacks empathy to the extent that employees are subjected to degrading statements like "I feed your family." Extreme Favouritism & Bias: Favouritism is at its peak. Career progression, peace of mind, and stability depend entirely on being in the management's "good books" rather than performance. There is a clear bias towards specific people, and if you aren't on that "favourite side," your efforts are ignored. Lack of Process & "Dekh ke batata hu" Culture: There is absolutely no professional man-management or structure. Standard professional communication is replaced by stalling tactics and unaccountable phrases like "Dekh ke batata hu," with no actual resolution ever being delivered. No Job Security: Management routinely fires experienced, old employees who have invested their time in the company, only to hire fresh faces to cut costs or reset expectations. Directionless Leadership: The company operates with zero vision and no clear future plans. Decisions are made impulsively, making it a highly unstable place for long-term career growth.
