Supportive culture; open door approach to mentoring; smart and highly capable attorneys and staff; people genuinely like each other. The hours required are great compared to other law firms.

Minpunten

Pay is not top of the market because billable hours are not top of the market; communication can, at times, be spotty from management. Relatively quick growth has resulted in some growing pains, but overall, it's a great place to be.

Stokes Lawrence is a great place to work. Firm management is very approachable and open to exploring new ideas. Everyone is very down-to-earth and really nice. The firm employs top-notch lawyers who make it a place where you can be proud to work.
