I had the incredible opportunity to work at Stoltd Partner for almost two years, and it was truly my first real professional experience. The team is small but very close-knit, making it easy to connect with everyone we work with. We loved sharing moments during our lunch breaks, which helped foster strong relationships within the team. Our manager in Dublin trusts us immensely and is always there to support us when we need it. Cooperation with managers in other countries has also been smooth and positive. The level of trust we receive allows us to be independent in our work and gives us the chance to improve things, which is incredibly enriching for a first experience. Moreover, we have the opportunity to engage in numerous evaluations and ensure excellent follow-up on our projects, which enhances our learning and development.As for the working conditions, the office is excellently located right in the city center. We have a great deal of flexibility with our working hours (we complete 8 hours a day but have the freedom to adjust our schedules). Overall, my time at Stoltd Partner has been fulfilling, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and empowering environment.

I would not recommend this company to those who value structured onboarding, good training and experimented leadership. I joined this recruitment agency as an HR Assistant, expecting a professional environment led by experienced HR professionals. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. There was no structured onboarding, poor training, and no real managerial presence with little feedback. Most concerning was how the employment ended. On a Monday morning, I was abruptly handed a termination letter with vague reasons, no notice period, and no compensation. I was asked to leave the building immediately when I just came back from a sick leave. Future candidates should be aware that they may face unclear expectations, minimal support, and sudden decisions.
