When oil prices were high and the O&G market was spending money, things seemed to be good. There has always been a lack a vision and clarity about "who we want to be when we grow up". Lots of solid talent, although many have left or been let go due to company outlook.
Minpunten
President sends mixed signals and is a lot better in his mind then in reality. It's hard to focus when you are looking over your shoulder wondering if it could be your last day. Don't have the right people to deliver what we sell, the "fake it till you make" mentality has to go. It's hard to deliver when you lose or let go what seems like half of you company.
