Minpunten
For a company that promotes themselves as "data driven" there is not one decision made based on any real data. During my time in the company every new product worked on or in the company's roadmap was based on one individual's intuition of what a client would want. There was no space for professional back and forth on what the product should be or how it should work. If at any point there was intention on my side for a discussion on these things, I was deemed unprofessional. There is no flexibility whatsoever for personal issues, either from management or from the HR department. HR department seemed more interested on how to position themselves better in the company rather than any "human" aspect of the job.
