-Not many people have been promoted who weren't family or friends of upper management.
-Not enough women in leadership roles.
-Managers tend to make negative comments about people when they leave, even if they leave on good terms. It's extremely unprofessional.
-All about "culture" ,but it seems as though the culture is repeating phrases from the leadership books and not actually doing what they say.
-Have a tendancy to create recurring meetings, then cancel them last minute.
-No 401K match, even though they've been saying it's coming for years.
