Pluspunten
The honeymoon phase in the beginning, left me with excitement and possibilities to do something positive to retain health dollars to sustain our country's future health benefits. I experienced the thrill of the idea of bringing my sacred nursing knowledge to the table and that it would be respected. Instead we are put through a rapid training for each new project, volumes of pages were swiftly read to the group. We were held accountable for all the information and quickly judged if we had too many questions. In addition, we were "counseled" in an office with 2 manager employees who degraded us until we cried. Body language, tone of voice,and repeating our failures are but a few of the tactics to reduce our joy and job satisfaction.
Minpunten
The company's motto is "do the right thing". There are many employee functions that I initially thought would lift the spirits and morale. I now see them as a smoke screen for all that is ethically wrong with the company. I am seeing all kinds of ways they use to manipulate the situations that will ultimately affect our salaries and bonuses.The all staff meetings are known for revving people up to be motivated to complete the work, put in extra time, etc.The CEO is a great speaker, very motivational, but does not exactly react kindly with the many workers that have left the company after giving the required 4 weeks notice. They are often terminated within a week.
