Pluspunten
- The culture is amazing. People here are smart, creative, fun, and driven. There is a real family atmosphere here and everyone looks out for each other. They really have something special here. - Tons of snacks and food (so if you didn't bring lunch, it's all good.) - Good benefits (4 summer Fridays, week off between Christmas and New Year's, etc.) - Office in the Empire State Building (definitely a different vibe than its previous location) - Really good at hyping the StrawberryFrog brand
Minpunten
- Needs more forms of training for junior level people. If you are below Sr. level, it can get extremely quiet and you will find yourself twiddling your thumbs - Must let the creatives shine - on all levels. Sometimes, creatives on the more junior side are left out in order for sr. creatives to shine. Fresh ideas come from the young, nurture them, don't feel threatened. - Lack of clients* - it's the nature of the beast, but as long as they only hold one big client it's going to be a struggle if they don't win more. - Projects can be chaotic and lost in translation - Needs more researching tools! Google has all information, but its vast power can also be its weakness in finding specific statistics and data. The concept of "movements" can't be sold if you can't back it up.
