      I worked in their Glasgow office a number of years ago. It would be fair to say that their business model is to hire a new graduate on low pay, make them work 12-14 hour days until they quit then get a new one.

      Good atmosphere and people. Great for graduqtes. Great opportunities for travel on large projects in some beautiful places.

      Minpunten

      Dont try and keep skilled staff and expect staff to continuously train new comers that may not stick around.

      Pluspunten

      The atmosphere and the coworkers at the office I worked at were excellent. The pay incrementally matched that of other competitors in the same line of work. Training courses were paid for by the company which was very nice.

      Minpunten

      The pay for the load was a little bit on the lower end.
