Hello there - thank you for leaving your review and offering your perspective. I'm glad to hear that you appreciated the team; that's been my experience too. I feel quite lucky to work with smart, interesting, and passionate people with diverse skills and deep expertise! As for your critiques, I can understand where you might be coming from. I'm unsure when you left the company, but it might be helpful to know that we now have two structured review cycles per year, inclusive of salary review, promotions, and pay raises, with decisions aligned to competency frameworks, manager input, and peer feedback to reinforce that we're celebrating those who are consistently living our core values. In this most recent cycle, I'm pleased to share that we were able to promote a third of our team, and in the past year, the majority of employees have seen increases to compensation. That being said, it sounds like that wasn't your experience, and I'm sorry to hear that.
