The executive team absolutely does not know what they are doing. The strategy changes every quarter and it's basically the blind leading the blind. As a measure to keep the ship afloat, they had major lay offs across the company. Everyone was blind sided and most people were expected to leave effective immediately. Even people with families to take care of. There was no email or outreach from the executive team explaining the decision behind it. It was an incredibly irresponsible and inhumane way to deal with such an unfortunate situation.
